Oven roasted Giant Crickets (Brachytrupes portentosus) with a pinch of sea salt. Brachytrupes portentosus are one of the largest species of edible crickets in Thailand. Each cricket measures between 4-5cm’s and there are approximately 6-8 crickets per bag.
